2005 Cadillac STS V6 Salvage Rebuildable Repairable, 120k Miles!

DOES NOT START (STARTED & RAN PRIOR), KEY FOB IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE IMMOBILIZER! ALL AIRBAGS GOOD!

As seen in the 50+ posted pictures this nice looking 2005 Cadillac STS V6 Automatic with 120k miles has sustained very light left front end damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance company for resale in the condition you see it on the pictures below. We buy directly from insurance companies no middle man involved. We have the salvage certificate of title (no liens) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. Damaged areas are clearly shown in the pictures below. Looks like it was light left front impact just missing the front bumper assembly. Bumper support/rebar is attached and fully in tact and frame rails look straight. No damage to front cooling components (radiator, condenser, fans, etc). No leaks observed and AC blew cold air when tested. The car started and engine ran great when the car initially came to our yard but does not currently start. Looks like the immobilizer lost its programming with the key fob over time hence it does not recognize the key. "No Fobs Detected" message appears when the start button is pushed to start the vehicle. The All airbags good. No dash warning lights. Overall condition of the vehicle is shown with 50+ posted pictures.

Overall it should be an easy fixer with light or no real body work and mainly reinstall of bolt on parts and have the key reprogrammed to the vehicle.
