As seen in the 40+ posted pictures this nice looking 2006 Volkswagen Jetta Automatic with Only 49k Original miles has no major damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale in the condition you see it on the many posted pictures. It was sold as a theft/stolen recovered vehicle. By law such vehicles are salvaged if not recovered within certain number of days (normally around 30 days). It was most likely stolen for a joy ride and later recovered after the previous owner was paid off by the insurance company. Such vehicles can legally be returned back to the roads after your state salvage inspection. We have the salvage certificate (not salvage title) at hand and ready to transfer to the new owner. It will come with a NY 907A Salvage Certificate, make sure your state accepts such certificates as proof of ownership. Vehicle was recovered fully in tact with no major parts stolen due to the theft incident. We have one key/fob to start the car normally. No damage to ignition or any other electronics. Overall exterior/paint looks great with some light paint scratches mostly on the hood and left side doors. Rest of the exterior in great shape, super clean interior with great looking leather. Engine runs great, and car was driven on open road with all gears shifting normal. We did notice some engine codes related to O2 sensors and it has aftermarket CAT installed which is probably the reason for the trouble codes. Windshield has crack down the middle as shown.
